I asked a lot of questions, throw a problem solver question and she answered all the questions with most positive responses. She made me feel comfortable. Boss looks great around her. “Andre was very responsive. We did a video call before I dropped off my puppy for boarding, and he gave me a virtual tour of his place and made me feel very comfortable. Andre is very good with dogs. When I dropped off my puppy with him, he had his own dogs and another boarding dog out on a walk, and he had great control over all of them in a gentle but firm way. He sent photos and updates about my puppy while he was watching her. He even checked in with me to see how she was doing a few days after she came back home.”
