“Anthea was our first experience using Rover and we lucked out! She was attentive, respectful, reliable and kind. She kept us updated with photos and texts or emails several times a day, enough that we felt safe but never bothersome. Our house was spotless when we got home, you would have never known she was there except our sweet boy was so well taken care of. I got to see their goodbye and he rested his head on her shoulder for a nice calm embrace, showing how safe he felt with her (he can be timid when we aren’t around). It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend Anthea to anyone!”

“Michelle was very communicative to us while we were away. The fact that our fur babies would not even bark at her is HUGE. She was very easy to work with & gave me several updates with pics. She stayed at our house while her own cat was having her own litter. That was amazing. Above & beyond, she washed our sheets & remade the bed since we're arriving after midnight. WOW! I know I'll be booking Michelle again. THANK YOU!!”

“Brian did an exceptional job with our dog while we were away. He followed all of our guidelines for pet care and safety, and was immediately accepted by our fur baby. Brian also provided house sitting services, which proved to be excellent and very much appreciated. “Jenne recently house/animal sat for me for 2 1/2 weeks. This is the first time I've ever left my animals in the care of someone other than a family member or friend. Jenne was professional in all my dealings with her both prior and during the time she sat for me. She was on time, honest and knowledgeable. I never worried about my animals while I was gone and Jenne sent daily pictures/messages. She cleaned up after herself when she left and although I left extra money in case she needed it, she left the majority (she spent $20 on food) of the money behind. I would absolutely trust her with my animals and my home again.”

“I was so anxious about having someone in my home and caring for my pets. When I signed onto Rover and contacted Nico- he put me right at ease and answered all my question. Typically my neighbors jump in and help when I go out of town but when a tiny kitten that someone tossed out of a car window came into our lives just days before our vacation- I suddenly felt like my small animal kingdom needed a little more hands-on help. That was Nico and he was amazing! He sent pictures when I wanted them, was prompt in his replies and we got along great! He didn’t seem to mind my anxiety at all. My neighbors who stopped in to check and make sure things were going well said he was so kind and most importantly- all my pets seemed to love him. I will absolutely use him again and absolutely recommend him! In a way though I wish I could keep him as my little secret so he doesn’t get completely booked up! Thank you Nico. “Courtney was simply the best! I have two dogs (a 6 year old Goldendoodle, and 14 year old labrador retriever). She took care of both of them like they were her own. My senior dog requires medication for her arthritis, given twice a day. Courtney didn't hesitate to provide the meds to my dog. She sent me daily photos of them, and when I arrived home after a LONG flight my home was immaculate. I am so glad to have found her on Rover, and I won't hesitate for a second to use her again in the future.”

“We are incredibly happy with Cassidy’s care of our pets for two weeks! She house sat for our energetic Lab and senior, blind Chihuahua. Both need lots of attention and get anxious with changes in routine. Cassidy handled them wonderfully with walks/play/cuddles for our Lab and proper care/lap time for our blind “old man”. She clearly cared for them as we do, with no signs of anxiety or stress (chewing, nervous licking, not eating). Cassidy was diligent and professional; on time for visits, communicated each day, and sent pictures regularly that showed the dogs enjoying themselves as they normally do. We returned to content, healthy pups and our home in the same condition as we left it. We will definitely be booking Cassidy again to watch our pets!!”
